Terms of Service

Last updated: 01 April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://squltech.com and any purchase made through it. The website is owned and operated by SQUL Technology Private Limited (CIN: U47912RJ2026PTC114024), referred to below as "SQUL", "we", or "us".

By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information — particularly your delivery address and phone number, since incorrect details are the most common cause of failed deliveries.

We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, repeated COD refusals, resale abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

  • Product images are for illustration. Actual colour, packaging, and bundled accessories may vary by manufacturer batch.
  • Specifications are sourced from the manufacturer. Where a brand changes a specification without notice, the manufacturer's current specification prevails.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued with every order.
  • Prices, offers, and stock availability may change without notice.
  • Stock shown online is indicative. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

Pricing errors: despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error. Where the listed price is clearly incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will not be obliged to fulfil an order at an evidently erroneous price.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation. An order confirmation email or a successful payment does not by itself constitute acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a stock shortage, a pricing or listing error, a failed payment or address verification, a suspected fraudulent transaction, quantity limits on a product, or an address outside our serviceable area.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store your card or UPI credentials.

For COD orders, the exact amount must be paid at delivery. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being disabled for your account.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms and are available on this website.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. SQUL is a reseller, not the manufacturer. All warranty claims after the return window are handled by the brand's authorised service centre in accordance with that brand's terms. We will assist with invoices and service-centre details.

Except for the manufacturer's warranty and your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, products are supplied without any further warranty from SQUL.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any Indian law
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or copy content, pricing, or product data by automated means
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site's security or infrastructure
  • Place fraudulent, speculative, or bulk orders with no intent to accept delivery
  • Impersonate another person or use another person's payment instrument without authorisation
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or offensive content in reviews or messages

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, logos, product photography created by us, and the SQUL name and mark — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

Third-party brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products we sell.

10. User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, question, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use it in connection with the store and its marketing. You confirm the content is your own and is not unlawful, defamatory, or infringing. We may edit or remove any user content at our discretion.

11. Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQUL's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or the cost of substitute goods — arising from the use or inability to use a product, except where such loss results from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SQUL, its directors, and employees against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, power or internet outages, epidemics, government restrictions, war, or civil unrest.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — which allow you to file a complaint where you reside or work — the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
